PumpAMilli is a meme coin launchpad built on the Solana blockchain, operated by AMILLI AI, CORP. Users can create, buy, and sell meme coins using SOL. PumpAMilli provides the platform infrastructure only and is not a party to any transaction between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PumpAMilli. By using PumpAMilli you represent that you are 18 or older and that participation in cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction. PumpAMilli is not available to residents of sanctioned countries.

Meme coins have no intrinsic value and are created for entertainment purposes. They are extremely volatile and you may lose all funds you invest. PumpAMilli makes no representations about the value or potential of any token launched on the platform.

Token creators receive 0.25% of every trade executed on their token. This fee is calculated and distributed automatically by the platform. PumpAMilli retains 0.75% of every trade as a platform fee. These fees are subject to change with notice.

All tokens launch on a bonding curve. When a token reaches $69,000 in market cap it graduates to Raydium for open market trading. PumpAMilli does not guarantee graduation or continued trading after graduation.

All SOL transactions on PumpAMilli are final and irreversible. Once SOL is spent to buy tokens it cannot be refunded. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this.

Users may not use PumpAMilli to manipulate markets, coordinate pump and dump schemes, create tokens that impersonate existing projects, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. PumpAMilli reserves the right to delist any token at its sole discretion.

PumpAMilli charges a 0.02 SOL launch fee per token and a 0.75% trading fee on every transaction. These fees are non-refundable.

Nothing on PumpAMilli constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All trading decisions are made solely at your own risk.

PumpAMilli and AMILLI AI, CORP are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform including but not limited to token value loss, failed transactions, smart contract bugs, or platform downtime.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of PumpAMilli after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
